Conley’s UM Church hosts Fall Festival
Craft fair, activities, music, food keep families busy

Conley’s United Methodist Church off Route 24 was the setting for one of the first fall festivals of the season. The church welcomed dozens of vendors for a huge indoor craft fair, as well as outdoor activities for the whole family. Hay rides, autumn crafts, a petting zoo and a puppet show were among the things available for kids, while The Bay Tones provided music and the brand-new Flippin’ Waffles food truck offered delectable dishes. Hay rides were a big hit at the fair. The tractor took passengers on a long ride to a nearby farm.
The indoor room is filled with craft fair vendors and shoppers.
This is one of the first events for the new Flippin’ Waffles food truck.
Delaware 4-H Foundation brought a sheep to the festival. Enjoying a few minutes of interaction are Haley Engle, left, and her 21-month-old daughter Harper of New Zealand.
The Bay Tones provided musical entertainment for the day.
