A day on the bay thanks to LYC Foundation

The Lewes Yacht Club Foundation hosted members of the Sussex Family YMCA in Rehoboth Beach to a day on Delaware Bay Aug. 18, with sailing, kayaking, swimming, wave riding and stand-up paddleboarding.
The mission of the LYC Foundation is to provide funding to enhance the potential of youth in swimming, sailing, maritime activities and education. The foundation also supports the YMCA water-safety program and has funded drown-proofing for more than 1,600 children over the last decade. For more information, go to LYCFoundation.com.
