Debbie Reed Team welcomes Realtor April Green-Kastor

The Debbie Reed Team of RE/MAX Realty Group Rehoboth recently announced that Realtor April Green-Kastor has joined the growing real estate team.

Born and raised in southern Maryland, Green-Kastor found her calling and passion for real estate at an early age. Her first job as a teenager was as an assistant to a top-producing real estate agent in the southern Maryland region. She went on to develop a background in the mortgage industry, spending several years as a loan officer/processor.

Understanding how stressful buying and selling a home can be, Green-Kastor is motivated to alleviate stress during the entire real estate process. By using her marketing and negotiation skills, she advocates for her clients’ best interests to achieve their desired goals. Her professional background in both the real estate and mortgage industries provides a unique perspective and understanding of financing, allowing Green-Kastor to better service her clients.

To give back to her community, she also donates a portion of every commission to a local organization. In her spare time, she can be found on the beach, at her children’s sporting events or traveling with her family.
