Delaware Resorts Fall Home Expo donates to Sussex Habitat
The Annual Fall Home Expo returned to Cape Henlopen High School Sept. 25 and 26, filling its rotunda and spacious exhibit hall with enthusiastic vendors and visitors.
“Exhibitors were very busy both days with the impressive crowd of visitors, with many of them exhausting their supplies of visitor information and giveaways before the expo was over. We were also very pleased to present the Sussex County Habitat for Humanity ReStore with another $1,000 check, a contribution Delaware Resorts Expos has provided annually since 1998, the year of our first home expo,” said Kathy Benson, founder and director of Delaware Resorts Expos.
The Delaware Resorts 55+ Expo will take place Saturday, Nov. 6, at Cape High. It will feature health and wellness companies as well as home products designed especially for the 55+ community. All ages are welcome. As with all Delaware Resorts Expos, visitor admission is free.
Lead sponsor for the 55+ Expo, Bayhealth, will be offering free flu shots and health screenings. Other key exhibitors include retirement communities, healthcare facilities, rehabilitation facilities, builders, finance and insurance firms, law firms, realtors, developers, and a large array of home product and service companies.
Representatives of 55+ Expo beneficiary Meals on Wheels Lewes-Rehoboth will be present to provide an opportunity for visitors to discover how they can help the organization through local volunteering and donations.
Prospective exhibitors should contact Kathy Benson at 302-236-0857.
