Delaware Resorts Spring Home Expo to welcome visitors April 9-10
The 25th Annual Delaware Resorts Spring Home Expo will take place from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday, April 9, and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Sunday, April 10, at Cape Henlopen High School in Lewes.
More than 80 home-related exhibitors will present their products and services over the two days. Admission is free to the public.
Kathy Benson founded and has been coordinating the Home Expo since its inception, guiding it through market changes and regional growth.
“Our Spring Home Expo just gets bigger and better each year, in part due to the beautiful and spacious Cape Henlopen High School. This facility is a real gem, and we enjoy encouraging the community to experience it,” said Benson.
Several exhibitors are also key sponsors, including Coastal Bath, Energize Delaware, the Cape Gazette, Clean Cut Interlocking Pavers & Pools, Patio Systems, Schell Brothers, Soaring Solar, Sussex County Women’s Magazine, Tidemark Federal Credit Union and WMDT ABC/47.
The expo benefits Sussex County Habitat for Humanity, a nonprofit organization assisting qualified residents with simple, affordable housing. Expo visitors enjoy the convenience of viewing a full spectrum of home-related products and services in one place. Several of the exhibitors plan to offer expo specials, and many will be giving away gifts and prizes.
Tidemark Federal Credit Union will be raffling off a 65-inch Smart TV.
Exhibitors include Realtors, developers, builders, mortgage providers, finance and insurance firms, and a large array of new home product and service companies. Attendees can meet representatives of the resort area’s top businesses face to face.
