The Delaware State University Alumni Association Inc. Sussex County Chapter awarded Alumni of the Year honors to Elizabeth Allen and her daughter Barbara Allen. Both women are graduates of Cape Henlopen High School and attended DSU. Chapter President Bernard W. Carr presented the awards at the monthly hybrid meeting April 6.
