Drew Hunter Woodall Jr., avid sailor
We mournfully announce the passing of Drew Hunter Woodall Jr., 50, of Wilmington and Rehoboth Beach, who unexpectedly died Tuesday, March 8, 2022, of natural causes.
Drew Jr. was born Aug. 16, 1971, to Drew Sr. and Susan Woodall in Wilmington. Along with his parents, Drew is also survived by his brother, Matthew Woodall and wife Lisa; sisters, Kathryn (Katie) Woodall-Nagle and husband Tom, and Ann Woodall and fiancé Jim; his nephews, Matt, Danny, and Thomas; and his nieces, Janey, Claire, and Maggie. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins who will miss him dearly.
Visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m., Wednesday, March 16, at Doherty Funeral Home, 3200 Limestone Road, Wilmington. A Mass of Christian Burial and interment will be held at 10:30 a.m., St. Patrick’s Day, Thursday, March 17, at St. Joseph on the Brandywine Church, 10 Old Church Road, Greenville.
