East Coast Seed welcomes AgVenture yield specialist
Andrew Adams of Seaford has joined East Coast Seed in Georgetown as an AgVenture yield specialist. Adams will provide growers with year-round professional seed support and access to AgVenture brand corn, soybeans, and alfalfa seed products.
East Coast Seed Owner Mark Davis said, "Andrew is an outstanding young professional. He comes to us with a strong background in practical agronomics. Andrew's sincerity is second to none. He has a committed focus on serving his customers, bringing them an almost immediate, positive rapport. Since day one, he's made contributions to them and to our company. We're very pleased to welcome him to East Coast Seed."
Adams said, "I've been working alongside Mark and this family business for the past several years. I have a very high regard for the integrity they bring to each interaction. East Coast Seed truly builds lasting relationships with customers. Those relationships last because we have top-quality seed products, and provide the year-round support to help assure they get the most out of every acre. Our Maximum Profit System brings customers the latest tools and techniques that dramatically increase yields, lower cost per bushel and improve overall profitability. I look forward to putting our seed and these unique tools to work for my customers for many years to come."
Since 2008, East Coast Seed has provided growers across Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania and New Jersey with access to the latest, locally adapted seed products specifically selected for the local growing environments and production management systems.
Davis said, "Our company continues to grow as more growers realize the advantages that our seed products, combined with year-round, in-field, professional support make. As we implement MPS on more acres, we see a direct, positive influence on yields, actual production history and profitability. With the addition of Andrew, we look forward to continuing to deploy the high-yield strategies across the region."
Adams holds a degree in agribusiness and rural development from West Virginia University.
