Interactive Easter story set April 10
Long Neck Methodist Church will give a live presentation of the Easter story beginning at 6:30 p.m., Sunday, April 10, presented in six scenes. Attendees will walk from Palm and Passion Sundays, through Holy Week, to the arrest, crucifixion and murder of Christ, all leading to his Resurrection on Easter Sunday morning. Those who attend will be part of the Last Supper and spend time with Jesus in the garden. They will see the battles in the temple, the crown of thorns, the whip, the scourge and the cross, to the tomb and then to the continuation of the story. Live presenters from the congregation of Long Neck Methodist Church will interact with the audience as they work to bring this amazing story to life. Easter week services begin April 14 at Holy Spirit Anglican
Holy Spirit Anglican Church will celebrate the accomplishments of Jesus Christ through his passion, death and resurrection during its Easter season services.
A Maundy Thursday service commemorating the first Lord’s Supper will begin at 7 p.m., Thursday, April 14. A Good Friday service focusing on the Seven Last Words of Jesus will start at 7 p.m., Friday, April 15. The Feast of the Resurrection will be celebrated at 9 a.m., Easter Sunday, April 17.
All services take place at Holy Spirit Anglican Church, 28842 Log Cabin Hill Road, Lewes.

Lewes Cross Walk set Good Friday, April 15
The Lewes Cross Walk will begin at 10 a.m., Good Friday, April 15, at Bethel United Methodist Church, 129 W. Fourth St., Lewes, and conclude at Bethel Cemetery on Savannah Road. All are invited to witness to their faith with others in the Lewes Christian community. The cross walk makes 14 stops in the Lewes Historic District where Scripture is read, and a hymn is sung. The cross walk is sponsored by Churches of Lewes.
Milton churches set Easter season services
White’s Chapel United Methodist Church will hold its Palm Sunday service at 11 a.m., April 10. A Maundy Thursday service will take place at 7 p.m., April 14. The Easter Sunday service will begin at 11 a.m., April 17. The church is at 15373 Coastal Hwy., Milton.
Zion United Methodist Church will hold its Palm Sunday service at 9 a.m., April 10. A Good Friday service will take place at 1 p.m., April 15. The Easter Sunday service will begin at 9 a.m., April 17. The church is at 26743 Broadkill Road, Milton.
St. Edmond sets Holy Week services
St. Edmond Church at Laurel Street and King Charles Avenue, Rehoboth Beach, will hold the following Easter season services.
For Palm Sunday weekend, mass will be held at 4 p.m., Saturday, April 9, in the parish hall and church. Masses are set for 7:30, 9 and 10:30 a.m., and 4:30 p.m., April 10.
Holy Thursday mass is set for 7 p.m., April 14. A Good Friday service will begin at 3 p.m., April 15. Holy Saturday mass and blessing of food will be held at 10:15 a.m., with an Easter vigil at 8 p.m., April 16.
Easter Sunday services will be held at 7:30, 9 and 10:30 a.m. in the church; at 9 and 10:30 a.m. at Rehoboth Elementary School; and at 7:30, 9 and 10:30 a.m. in the parish hall, April 17.

St. Jude Easter season services set
St. Jude the Apostle Catholic Church at Route 1 and Tulip Drive, Five Points, Lewes, will hold the following Easter season services: 4 p.m. Vigil Mass Saturday, April 9; and masses at 7, 8:30 and 10:30 a.m., Palm Sunday, April 10. Holy Thursday, April 14, will include 8 a.m. Morning Prayer and 7 p.m. Mass of the Lord’s Supper. There will be 8 a.m. Morning Prayer and 3 p.m. Service of the Lord’s Passion Good Friday, April 15. Holy Saturday, April 16, will begin with 8 a.m. Morning Prayer followed by 2:30 p.m. Blessing of Easter Foods, 3 p.m. Divine Mercy Novena, and 8 p.m. Solemn Easter Vigil Mass. Easter Sunday Masses April 17 will be celebrated at 7, 8:30 and 10:30 a.m. There will be no Reconciliation Good Friday and Holy Saturday, April 15 and 16. St. Paul’s sets Holy Week services
St. Paul’s Church in Georgetown announced its schedule for Holy Week services. A Palm Sunday service is set at 10 a.m., April 10. A Maundy Thursday service will be held at 7 p.m., April 14. For Good Friday April 15, a Stations of the Cross service will be held at 12 p.m. and Eucharist will be at 7 p.m. An Easter Sunday service is set at 10 a.m., April 17. St. Paul’s is located at the corner of Pine and Academy streets in Georgetown. The public is invited to attend and masks are optional.
Easter sunrise service set April 17 on Lewes Beach
An Easter sunrise service will be held at 6:30 a.m., Sunday, April 17, on Lewes Beach. Pastor Jim Penuel from Bethel United Methodist Church will be preaching. All are welcome. The Easter sunrise service is sponsored by Churches of Lewes. Attendees are reminded to bring their own chairs.
