Friends and family gathered and framed the artwork of Deanna Campagnini for an exhibit and sale set from 1 to 4 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 26, at Lewes Public Library.
Campagnini was a graduate of Caesar Rodney High School, Delaware State College and Rochester Institute of Technology. A resident of the Cape Region, she also enjoyed fishing and nature.
She was planning her own art show when she fell ill, and she passed away before her project was completed. Her family and friends decided to bring her dream to fruition.
Campagnini’s art ranges from charcoal figure studies to fun, colorful sea creatures. Some of her art is finished, while some pieces are unfinished, giving an appealing glimpse of her process.
Join family and friends in this celebration of a fine artist, and view figure studies of men and women, sea creatures, domestic animals and several abstract paintings. All pieces are for sale. For information, call 302-645-2733.
