Frank “Skip” Ivan Pannebaker Jr., 78, of Millsboro was born Friday, Dec. 29, 1939. He passed peacefully Friday, Oct. 12, 2018, at Atlantic Shores and was formerly of West Grove, Pa. He was the loving husband of Kathleen "Kathy” Alice Harper; loving father of Rebecca Fuller of Marietta, Pa.; and grandfather of Hannah and Shane Fuller.
He is survived by sisters Roseanne McGuire and Cecelia Valentino (Joseph); and brother Michael Pannebaker (Patricia) and brother Timothy Pannebaker; sisters Alice Pannebaker and Nancy Koscissko; and many brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
He was employed by Boeing for 35 years and was honorably discharged from the U.S. Navy in 1964. Skip enjoyed his family and friends, and working with his electronics.
Burial will be private. Professional service entrusted to Bennie Smith Funeral Home, Millsboro.
