Frank Ralph Wojcik, retired pharmacist

Frank Ralph Wojcik, 84, of Lewes passed away at home with Delaware Hospice Wednesday, April 3, 2019. He was born Oct. 10, 1934, in Schuylkill County, Pa., son of the late Frank and Rose (Tomaine) Wojcik.

Mr. Wojcik graduated from Anacostia High School, class of 1953, and George Washington University in 1959.  He proudly served as a specialist in the U.S. Army Reserves. Mr. Wojcik made his career as a pharmacist at numerous pharmacies, and hospitals across the D.C. area from 1959 until his retirement in 1993. In his spare time, he enjoyed gardening, traveling, going out to dinner and enjoying his Big Fish Family. 

In addition to his parents, Mr. Wojcik was preceded in death by his wife, Paula Gene Harrison Wojcik; his brother Charles Wojcik; and his beloved cat, Tom. He is survived by several cousins and friends in Northern Virginia and here at the beach; his cousin-in-law Alice Awad of Lewes; his friends and neighbors: Ellizabeth Spehr, Chrys Dudbridge and George Madison; and his dear friend Michele Morgan Smith, who was like a daughter to him.

A Celebration of Mr. Wojcik's Life will be held at Big Fish Grill, 20298 Coastal Highway, Rehoboth Beach, Sunday, April 7, from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m., with a time for stories and reflection to begin at 5:30 p.m.

Arrangements are being handled by Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium, Atkins-Lodge Chapel, Lewes.
