Good Earth Market hosting Happy New You event Jan. 15

Good Earth Market in Rehoboth Beach will host a Happy New You event from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday, Jan. 15.

The event will feature a series of free, in-store presentations developed to help people start the new year making educated, healthy choices about their overall well-being and self-care. 

There are four discussions slated for the in-person event: At 11 a.m., Baywater Farms’ Tim Fields will present Understanding CBD; at 12:30 p.m., Kim Furtado, ND, will present A Shift to Rest, Digest and Repair with Naturopathic Medicine; at  2 p.m, Linda Byrne, Integrative Nutrition Health coach, will present A Discussion and Demonstration of The Benefits of Whole Foods and Plant-Based Nutrition; and at 3 p.m., Dr. Michael Schaber of Dr. Schaber’s Skin Essentials will present Product Purity and Understanding Labeling.

Learning and sharing new practices can help us collectively feel good about kicking off the new year taking better care of ourselves and one another,” said Mike Downes, Good Earth Market Rehoboth Beach owner, in a prepared statement.

Happy New You will be held live and in person. Seating is first-come, first-served, and seating for social distancing will be provided. Those unable to attend Jan. 15 will find recordings of these presentations on Good Earth Market’s website and social media platforms.

Complimentary coffee and tea will be served along with samplings of some of the market’s more popular items. Everyone is welcome to this free event.

Good Earth Market, 38131 Terrace Road, Rehoboth, has plenty of free parking on either side of the market directly behind Bin 66 on Route 1.
