Janice H. Weiss, loved her family

Janice H. Weiss, 66, of Lincoln, peacefully went home to be with Jesus Tuesday, July 19, 2022.  Janice was the daughter of the late Lester and Jean Holleger.  She was born Jan. 31, 1956; sharing her birthday with her mother was always special to her.  Janice was a devoted wife to her husband of almost 37 years, Kenneth R. Weiss. They were married July 20, 1985.

Janice was a wonderful sister to her two brothers, Craig Holleger (Marcy Gladden) and Rick Holleger (Judy); and her sister, Karen Moore (Herschel).  She absolutely adored all of her nieces and nephews and always made them a priority in her life. Family was important to Janice.

Janice was self-employed, and was a dedicated member of Calvary Church in Milford, where she served her savior for many years.  Everyone who knew Janice knew how special they were to her and she blessed all who knew her. Her loving spirit will be missed, and her love and kindness will carry on in the heart of her loved ones.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Tuesday, July 26, at Berry-Short Funeral Home, 119 N.W. Front St., Milford. A time of visitation for family and friends will begin at noon. Interment will be held at Henlopen Memorial Park.
