H.O. Brittingham Elementary students welcomed a couple of special guests March 22, as they kicked off an exploratory unit on jobs in the community.
Master Cpl. Jesse Silva of the Delaware Capitol Police brought his K-9 Lulu, a pointer and friendly bomb-sniffing dog, to demonstrate to students how the unit works together in their positions as law enforcement professionals.
