Lee Ann Wilkinson Group gives $15K to History Book Festival as major sponsor

The Lee Ann Wilkinson Group of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Gallo Realty continued its leadership support of the History Book Festival, providing $15,000 to serve once again as a presenting sponsor.

Consistently ranked as the top sales team in Delaware, the Lee Ann Wilkinson Group is a founding sponsor of the Lewes-based festival now in its fifth year. It is the first and only event of its kind in the United States devoted exclusively to history.

“We are grateful for the generous support of Lee Ann Wilkinson and her team, which makes it possible for us to present free programs featuring best-selling authors of newly published historical fiction and nonfiction works,” said Jen Mason, History Book Festival co-founder and co-chair. 

“Thanks to the Lee Ann Wilkinson Group and our other sponsors, we have the opportunity to learn from history, to hear stories from all corners of the human experience, and reflect on what those stories mean for us today,” said Ronald Collins, History Book Festival co-founder and co-chair. 

The 2021 History Book Festival is presenting weekly virtual events through September. These presentations are supported by the Lewes Public Library, the Delaware Division of Libraries and Sussex County Libraries. Delaware Humanities also is a presenting sponsor of the 2021 festival.
