Lee Ann Wilkinson Group ranks third in international network of agents

The Lee Ann Wilkinson Group of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Gallo Realty in Lewes now ranks third for real estate sales in the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network of more than 50,000 real estate professionals and over 1,500 offices worldwide for 2021.

Lee Ann Wilkinson, Realtor, CEO/team leader, along with Chris Holt, Realtor and chief operating officer, accepted the awards in Louisville, Ky., in March at the company’s annual sales convention. The group ranked third in both categories of sales production recognized in the industry – number of homes sold and volume of total sales.

“Each year, I cannot imagine earning such a competitive award on an international level, yet our coastal real estate market continues to surpass my own expectations,” said Wilkinson. “I am so proud of my team and of the work we have done over the past year for our clients to make it our most successful yet. I'm grateful that we can do what we love and that this work is rewarded year after year on this scale.”

This marks the 10th consecutive year that the Lee Ann Wilkinson Group has reached Top 10 status in the entire franchise network. And for the 28th consecutive year, the Lee Ann Wilkinson Group earned the Chairman’s Circle designation, the highest level of sales production recognized by the franchise. In 2021, the Lee Ann Wilkinson Group had a record-setting year with a total of 511 homes sold in Sussex County.
