Lee Ann Wilkinson receives 30-year award, group ranks No. 2 for real estate network
The Lee Ann Wilkinson Group of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty in Lewes attained the No. 2 ranking in 2022 for real estate sales volume in the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network of over 50,000 real estate professionals and more than 1,500 offices worldwide.
Lee Ann Wilkinson, Realtor, CEO and team leader, was individually honored with the 30-year Legend Award. Wilkinson, along with Chris Holt, Realtor and chief operating officer, accepted the awards in Las Vegas at the company’s annual sales convention held in late March. In addition to ranking second in the category of sales production, The Lee Ann Wilkinson Group took sixth place in the nation for total number of homes sold.
“Each year I say it, but when our team and the coastal real estate market is recognized on this national level, I am incredibly grateful and humbled. I’m so proud of my team members who work hard every day throughout the year to ensure the highest level of service to every client. This marks the 11th consecutive year The Lee Ann Wilkinson Group has reached Top 10 status in the entire franchise network, and for the 29th consecutive year, The Lee Ann Wilkinson Group earned the Chairman’s Circle, the highest level of sales production recognized by the franchise. In 2022, The Lee Ann Wilkinson Group had another banner year with a total of 398 properties sold in Sussex County and total sales volume of nearly $310 million.
