Lewes artist’s work selected for juried international exhibit

A piece by Lewes artist Theresa Kehrer was selected for inclusion in the 33rd Annual Exhibition of the International Society of Experimental Artists in Grand Haven, Mich. Kehrer’s color woodblock print, “Worms for Sale,” will be on display in the juried show through Thursday, Oct. 31, at the Central Park Place venue in Grand Haven.

An interdisciplinary fine artist, Kehrer works in graphite, charcoal, watercolor and white-line woodcuts. She is a member of the International Guild of Realism and The Society of American Graphic Artists.

Kehrer will participate in the Lewes Artists Studio Tour from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 21, when she will have a second original print of “Worms for Sale” available.

Kehrer was also selected to participate in the 11th Regional Juried Biennial exhibition at the Rehoboth Art League with the drawings, “Wabi-Sabi Shadow Box” and “A Day in the Woods.” The exhibition continues through Sunday, Sept. 22, at 12 Dodds Lane, Henlopen Acres.
