Lewes man charged in Seaford drug raid

A drug raid in Seaford May 17 resulted in the arrest of a Lewes man.
Seaford police conducted a search warrant at a home near the intersection of Front Street and King Street in connection with narcotic distribution and took six people into custody. Five of the people were either wanted on a capias or had a violation of probation, police said.
All were released on unsecured bond on possession charges except for William Ball, 46, of Lewes who was charged with possession with intent to deliver heroin, and possession of heroin, crack cocaine, and drug paraphernalia.
He was committed in default of $10,600 secured bond, and on a capias and several violations of probation, police said.
