Linda Vista Real Estate Services in Seaford cut the ribbon at a ceremony sponsored by the Greater Seaford Chamber of Commerce Nov. 19. Located at 215 High St. in Seaford, owner Jose Quinones says he is filling a much-needed niche by providing real estate services to the local Hispanic community.
