Liz Kapp appointed to Peninsula Commercial Alliance board

Liz Kapp, a sales associate with Long and Foster Real Estate's office in Bethany Beach, has been appointed by the Peninsula Commercial Alliance to serve on its board of directors. Kapp will serve on the committee for two years. "I look forward to working closely with other commercial agents on the board and using my experience and knowledge to help expand the PCA over my two-year term," Kapp said.

A Realtor since 2000, Kapp has been affiliated with Long and Foster's Bethany office since 2015. She and her family relocated to the area from Atlanta where she was a successful agent. Now licensed in Delaware, Maryland and Georgia, Kapp is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, the Sussex County Association of Realtors and the Coastal Association of Realtors.

She is experienced in many areas of real estate, including retail, industrial, landlord/tenant, multifamily, land development and residential.
