On Palm Sunday, April 10, members of Long Neck Methodist Church offered a six-scene walking tour recounting the Bible story of the death and resurrection of Jesus.
The Easter story journey starts with a procession into Jerusalem on Palm Sunday.
At the last supper, Jesus, portrayed by David Myers, talks of a traitor in the midst of the disciples.
Jesus, portrayed by Dave Rhoten, is betrayed by Judas (Steve Grahovac) and led away by Roman soldiers Rich Stout and John Hoffman.
Pontius Pilate, portrayed by John Andalora, asks the crowd who they want released, Jesus (Dave Rhoten) or Barabbas, portrayed by Terry Sibley, far left.
A crown of thorns was placed on Jesus’ head as he was paraded through the streets of Jerusalem.
Dozens of church members and actors braved a chilly wind to witness and perform the Holy Week story at Long Neck Methodist Church.
