Long Neck Strong held a community information event Oct. 28 at American Legion Post 24. There has been an increase in crime in the Long Neck area, and Long Neck Strong formed to help solve the problem. They have been working with police and formed a community watch group.
Long Neck Strong has been spreading the word, “If you see something, say something.” Property owner Robert Tunnell has also helped out by paying the police to patrol the area an extra 10 hours a week.
