Maciejewski sworn in as Rehoboth Beach Police officer
City’s newest patrolman also served city as seasonal cadet in 2022 and 2023

Rehoboth Beach Police Department Patrolman Devin Maciejewski was sworn in during a commissioner workshop Sept. 9.
Like other full-time police officers, Maciejewski first got experience in Rehoboth Beach as a seasonal officer program, working the 2022 and 2023 summer seasons.
This past fall, he applied for and was accepted as a full-time police officer with the department. He attended the Dover Police Academy and graduated Aug. 29.
While attending the academy, Maciejewski received the Academic Award for having the highest GPA among his academy class.
