Millsboro man faces rape charge

A Millsboro man faces rape and other charges in connection with sexual assaults dating back to 2014, police say. 

Ronald Gay, 70, was indicted by a grand jury and charged with first-degree rape, four counts of first-degree unlawful sexual contact, and continuous sexual abuse of a child. He was arraigned at Sussex County Superior Court and committed to Sussex Correctional Institution in default of $80,000 cash bail.
