Miss Wilmington, Joanna Wicks, was crowned Miss Delaware at Cape Henlopen High School June 16. Thirteen contestants competed for the crown in the Miss Delaware Scholarship Organization pageant. The contestants faced competition in a question segment, talent, evening gowns and lifestyle and fitness.
