Police investigating Millsboro fatal crash
Delaware State Police are investigating a car accident April 23 that left a Millsboro teen dead.
Police say at 11:46 p.m., 19-year-old Jeremy Snyder was driving a BMW 328 westbound on Friendship Road, off Indian Mission Road. For unknown reasons, the BMW lost control, causing it to leave the north side of the road, traveling through wet grass before hitting a tree.
Police say Snyder was not wearing a seat belt. The day after the accident, April 24, the teen died from his injuries.
The Delaware State Police Troop 7 Collision Reconstruction Unit continues to investigate this incident. Troopers are asking anyone who witnessed this crash or might have more information to contact Sr. Cpl. J. Smith by calling 302-703-3267.
