A Bridgeville woman faces an aggravated menacing charge Feb. 7 after police say she threatened a co-worker with a knife at a chicken processing plant.

Police went to Mountaire Farms on Route 24 over a report of an argument between two coworkers the previous night. Police said Neydi Gomez-Perez-De-Galvez, 29, pointed a knife at a 32-year-old coworker and made threatening statements. No one was injured during the incident, police said.

Troopers contacted Gomez-Perez-De-Galvez at the scene and took her into custody without incident. She was taken to Troop 4 and charged with possession of a deadly weapon during the commission of a felony, aggravated menacing, and second-degree reckless endangering.

Gomez-Perez-De-Galvez was arraigned at Justice of the Peace Court 3, and released on a $22,000 unsecured bond.
