Rehoboth Art League Holiday Fair Fine Craft Show set Nov. 5-6
The Rehoboth Art League’s 38th Annual Holiday Fair Fine Craft Show will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 5 and 6, rain or shine.
A variety of artisans will be exhibiting and selling their work, including jewelry, glasswork, ceramics, mixed media, and decorative and wearable fiber creations. Patrons can stroll the campus and find artists throughout the historic Homestead, Chambers Studio, and the Corkran and Tubbs galleries to select the perfect gifts for family, friends and themselves.
Along with exhibiting artisans, RAL is hosting an art auction and raffle. Items have been generously donated by participating event artists. To view items up for bid, visit the DeWitt Gallery during the holiday fair or go to rehobothartleague.org. Bids may be placed online, with the auction closing at 4 p.m., Nov. 6.
On raffle is an original painting by Beth Carver, whose recognizable beach themes are full of light and character, transporting the viewer to the beach any time of the year. The original painting (48″ x 48″) is valued at $5,000. Raffle tickets are $5 per ticket or five for $20 and may be purchased at the front desk of the Corkran Gallery through Nov. 6.
Proceeds from both the auction and the raffle support RAL’s year-round education and exhibition programs.
The Point Coffee House and Bake Shoppe will be onsite offering breakfast and lunch options. Dogfish Head will offer a selection of craft beer in the Paynter’s Pub.
