The last two classes of Rehoboth High School, 1968 and 1969, gathered at Kings Creek Country Club Sept. 22 for an evening of memories, fun and celebration. Though 1968 was 50 years ago, both classes still had many stories and reminisced fondly about their days at Rehoboth High School.
Two teachers were present: their second-grade teacher, Joyce Murray McCoy, and history teacher and coach John McClellan, who added to the festivities. The following morning, Cape Henlopen School District officials led the classes on a tour of the old Rehoboth High School building, which is making way for a new elementary school facility.
