Robert S. Parker Sr., aka O.B., 90, of Dover, and formerly of Newark, passed away Saturday, Dec. 28, 2024, at Bayhealth, Kent Campus, in Dover.
Bob was preceded in death by his wife, Dolores Ann (Harrington) Parker; daughter, Jacqueline; and parents, Stanley J. and Philena (Eberhardt) Parker. He is survived by his sons, Robert S. Parker Jr. (Theresa) and James S. Parker; and granddaughter, Amanda Newton (Phillip).
Interment will be held privately in Gracelawn Memorial Park.
