The Lewes-Rehoboth Rotary Club had its dedication ceremony May 23 for its seventh annual Flags for Heroes display of more than 500 U.S. flags in front of Cape Henlopen High School on Kings Highway, Lewes. Each of the flags has a medallion attached in honor of veterans, active-duty military and first responders placed there by friends and family members. Rotary uses proceeds from the project to support numerous charities in the area.
