SCAOR holds 2025 Installation and Awards Banquet

Sussex County Association of Realtors held its 2025 Installation and Awards Banquet Dec. 5 at Fish On in Lewes, bringing together industry leaders to honor achievements and welcome new leadership.

The event featured the installation of the 2025 board of directors, with Bill Davis sworn in as the new president.

Among the numerous awards earned by attendees, one honor stood out: Bill Ferreri received the Lifetime Achievement Award. Throughout his real estate career, Ferreri served on the board at SCAOR and on several key committees, as well as achieving many real estate professional designations.

Most meaningful to him was teaching the real estate principles licensing course and brokers licensing class at Delaware Technical Community College for nearly 15 years. His positive impact as an instructor has touched most agents working the beach market. Ferreri is still practicing real estate as the associate broker at Bay Coast Realty.
