The members of Sea Gals of Angola by the Bay are proud to announce the winner of their 2020 scholarship award for $1,500 is Thomas Webb Copeland V. Thomas graduated from Cape Henlopen High School and will be attending the University of Delaware studying quantitative biology. The Sea Gals members wish him all the best.
