Sea Light Design-Build welcomes Brendan Welch

Sea Light Design-Build announced its newest team member is Brendan Welch, a 30-year resident of Ocean View.

After more than 25 years in the commercial and residential building industry, Welch said he is elated to join Sea Light Design-Build as its new construction project manager. Welch easily breaks down blueprints into efficient stages, including mechanical components such as plumbing, electric and HVAC. He loves troubleshooting renovation projects and often provides cost-efficient solutions for customers.
