Sen. Tom Carper, D-Del., and U.S. Small Business Administration officials from Delaware visited two small Sussex County businesses Nov. 3, during National Veteran-Owned Small Business Week Oct. 31-Nov. 4. The visit helped recognize the strength and resilience of the veteran-owned small business community.
