Hoophall East at Slam Dunk to the Beach concluded its four-day slate of games Dec. 29. Sixteen boys’ teams and four girls’ squads hit the hardwood at Cape Henlopen High School for a fun-filled, frenzied week of hoops featuring some of the country’s best high school players.
