Solutions firm adds new professionals in Georgetown office

Solutions Integrated Planning, Engineering and Management announced two new professionals have joined its Georgetown office.

Land planner Victoria Erickson earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Virginia Tech. She specializes in master planning communities that reveal the special natural and community-driven systems through her land planning and architectural sensitivities. She enjoys finding unconventional and innovative solutions with her designs that create a timeless concept and find the perfect balance of art, function and connectivity. She has provided master planning, amenity plans, landscape plans and site features services for many Maryland communities.

Civil engineer Patrick Rohlich holds a bachelor’s degree in civil and environmental engineering from West Virginia University. He has worked as a surveyor, construction project manager and civil engineer, which has given him a comprehensive view of projects from design to execution. His multifaceted knowledge allows him to conceptualize and approach projects from various vantage points to create more value-added design for clients. Projects of note from previous experience include Americana Bayside, Bishops Landing, Light House Lakes and The Estuary.
