The Sussex Academy softball squad laid down a barrage of hits to beat the Eagles of Holly Grove Christian School 13-1 April 17. The Seahawks move to 3-5 on the season.
Junior Sophie Noon struck out 10 batters in a two-hit performance.
Senior Mia Barone went 4-for-4. Caroline White slammed three hits, while senior Caelynn Rees Jorgensen added two. Grayce Glover scored three runs.
The Seahawks host Early College School Thursday, April 20.
