Three charged in Millsboro burglary

Three Millsboro residents face burglary and theft charges April 25 after police say they stole items from a home under construction.

Police went to a home on Paul Drive and learned that items had been taken from the home. A victim told police they confronted a suspect, who then threatened them.

Police then arrested 61-year-old William Nickerson, 45-year-old Bonnie Osborne and 21-year-oldAlan Dardon-Perez. They were charged with third-degree burglary, second-degree conspiracy, and theft under $1,500. Nickerson was also charged with terroristic threatening. All were arraigned at Justice of the Peace Court 7 and released on their own recognizance.
