Her opponent, Mark Schaeffer, has had his chance to impact Sussex County development; he chooses to blame elected state officials for problems syncing housing development with infrastructure improvement. In fact, leaders in Sussex County are to blame for approving major housing development without regard to state priorities. For change, vote for Jane.
