Warrington Road between Route 24 and Old Landing Road is closed until Friday, April 30, during construction of a roundabout for the new Beebe Healthcare Specialty Surgical Hospital.
Detours will be posted in the area. It is expected motorists will be diverted to Route 1 to go around Warrington Road. Residents and businesses will have access at all times, but they may need to take a posted detour route for access.
Beebe spokesman Ryan Marshall says the hospital is on target for a mid- to late 2022 opening.
There is a lot of activity on Warrington Road. In addition to the hospital, two developments are under construction.
Warrington Road currently runs through what will soon become a roundabout.
