William Bradley Leager, talented carpenter

William Bradley Leager, 51, of Milton, passed away Monday, July 4, 2016.  He was born Jan. 31, 1965, in Enumclaw, Washington State, son of Russell Leager and the late Donna Smith Leager.

 Brad grew up in Georgetown and attended Sussex Central High School. He worked all his life for various companies throughout Sussex County as a heavy equipment operator. He also was an extremely talented custom carpenter know by many around the area for his amazing craftsmanship.

Brad had a love for the outdoors, from fishing to a long rides on his Harley. He also had a great love of music and enjoyed attending numerous concerts. However, Brad's most cherished times were those spent with his family and friends. 

Brad is survived by his parents, Russell and Shelia Leager of Georgetown; his two sons: Justin Bradley of Georgetown and Jordan Ross of Georgetown; his two granddaughters, Abrienne VanVorst and Augustine Leager; his two brothers, Vince and his girlfriend Debbie Parlier and her children, Eric Scott and Kristyn Parlier, and Scott Leager and his fiancee, Danielle Riley and her children, Shane Tyre, Joey Tyre, and Jordan Tyre, all of Georgetown; his sister, Nicole Oldham of Georgetown; his brother-in-law, Jeff Oldham of Lower Merion, Pa.; and his nieces and nephews: Cole Leager, Codi Leager, Darron Leager, Micale Leager, Kori Leager, Kylie McHugh and Natalie Oldham. 

 Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, July 12, at 11 a.m., at Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium, Dodd-Carey Chapel, 307 N. Bedford St., Georgetown, where friends may call beginning at 10 a.m. Interment will be private. The family requests casual attire for services.

Memorial contributions may be made to Parsell Funeral Homes or on Go Fund Me to help assist the family in defraying funeral expenses.
