We have been listening and this is what we hear: “URGENT!!!—REDUCE YOUR CARBON FOOTPRINT NOW!!!” We understand that the quickest and most effective way to do this is by shifting our diets away from resource-reliant animal foods like meat and dairy to more efficient plant-based foods like vegetables, beans, whole grains and fruit.
