This morning I needed my RBG BREAKFAST—Rolled Oats, Banana/Berry, Greens(handful or more each). A few more ingredients made it positively divine—Cacao Nibs, chia seeds, and fresh ginger slice( 1 tablespoon each). The ripe banana chunks (1 banana/person) had been frozen for 24 hours. I started with 1/4 cup of cider (water, plant milk, juice) added to everything in the food processor. It was so thick that I needed a spoon.
