Today was an UNBEETABLE day!

Tony Buffkin (https://www.capegazette.com/blog-entry/hi-tony/196228) joined us in person to share his UNBEETABLE success story of weight lost and health restored by adopting a plant-based lifestyle.

Our UNBEETABLE EAT-FOR-THE-PLANET class, dislocated by the coronavirus, squeezed into my kitchen to celebrate Tony’s success and his birthday!

Our UNBEETABLE-low-carbon-footprint chocolate cake and ice cream were made with BEETS and BANANAS.
