Let Kenny of ZEN in Bethany Beach be your guide to the flavors of Vietnam. This knowledgeable chef and owner welcomed the opportunity to make suggestions and easily veganized each oil-free dish. We were delighted to find ourselves transported to Saigon with every spicy bite of vermicelli veggie spring rolls dipped in soy lemon sauce while dining in the relaxed atmosphere of this tastefully decorated eatery. We chose the perfect rainy day to linger over our fresh vegetarian rice bowl garnished with pickled carrots and daikon, cucumber, crushed peanuts, scallions, shallots and a soy ginger sauce. We'll be back soon--next time with friends!
