Cape swim teams overpower Lake Forest

The Cape Henlopen swim teams took advantage of Lake Forest’s low swimmer numbers Jan. 17 at the Sussex Family YMCA to create a points deluge, as the girls’ team won 137-21 and the boys won 129-33. The girls’ team remains undefeated at 7-0, while the boys moved to 4-3 on the season. Both teams are back in action Thursday, Jan. 19, when they swim at the new pool at Sussex Academy in Georgetown.
