Carlos Hernandez-Vega, 8, departed this life Wednesday, June 8, 2011, at Christiana Hospital, Newark.
Viewing will be held at Bennie Smith Funeral Home, Seaford, from 6 to 8 p.m., Wednesday June 15.
Funeral service will be at 11 a.m., Thursday June 16, at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, Seaford.
Viewing will also be held one hour prior to service.
